GrantSmiths Philosophy

GrantSmiths was founded by Dwight Arthur, who serves as principal proposal writer and business analyst.

As a proposal writer and project manager on Wall Street, Dwight obtained tens of millions of dollars of project funding for projects related to e-commerce payment systems, identity management and privacy.

Dwight is an articulate writer, expert at understanding and complying with proposal submission requirements across a wide range of foundations, corporations, educational and governmental entities.

Dwight has extensive experience structuring projects to include operational and financial metrics that promote accountability and enable intelligent management and reporting of results against expectations. He served as a champion for introducing the CMMI methodology for results management in a financial services context.
